Terms & Conditions

§ 1 Scope
These Terms apply to all orders of digital products (soundkits, sample libraries, drumkits) placed through the store [yourshop].

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded upon completion of the order process and confirmation of payment. Products are provided exclusively as digital downloads.

§ 3 Prices & Payment
All prices include statutory VAT [or small-business note under § 19 UStG]. The prices displayed at the time of order apply. Accepted payment methods: [credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna].

§ 4 Delivery
After payment is received, you immediately get a download link by email and access in your customer account. No shipping costs apply.

§ 5 Usage Rights / License
You receive a simple, non-transferable right of use for your own productions (including commercial releases). Reselling or redistributing the raw files (samples, sounds) is prohibited.

§ 6 Right of Withdrawal
The separate Right of Withdrawal applies. For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires once the download begins after your express consent.

§ 7 Warranty
Statutory provisions apply.

§ 8 Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any provision be invalid, the remainder shall remain effective.
